Large-Scale Chicken Farm Grain Silo Project
This project serves a 100,000-head large-scale chicken farm.We installed 2 sets of 300-ton corn silos and 1 set of 100-ton soybean meal silo, equipped with grain elevators for the whole supporting system.
All silos adopt hot-dip galvanized steel structure, featuring sealed moisture-proof, rust & corrosion resistance, rat and mildew prevention. It effectively solves feed dampness, waste and high labor cost from traditional bag storage.
Matched with elevators, it realizes automatic grain feeding, centralized storage and intelligent conveying. It greatly reduces labor and grain loss, perfectly supporting standardized and automatic upgrading of large poultry farms.
Winery Sorghum Storage Silo Project
We installed 3 sets of 100-ton sorghum silos for the winery, fully equipped with screw conveyor, ventilation fan, induced draft fan, thermal insulation cotton and humidity monitoring system.
With sealed heat preservation and intelligent humidity control & ventilation, it prevents moisture and mildew effectively. The matched screw conveyor realizes automatic conveying, ensuring long-term storage quality of sorghum raw materials.
Pig Farm Large-Capacity Corn Silo Project
We installed a 500-ton corn silo for the pig farm, equipped with grain elevator and feed processing machine. It realizes automatic grain storage and on-site feed processing, saving labor and reducing grain loss for modern pig farming.
