A: Silo dimensions should be calculated based on required volume (m3) and material bulk density (t/m3), not nominal tonnage alone. For example, 1,000 m3 of corn (bulk density approx. 0.75 t/m3) yields 750 tons of storage capacity, whereas the same volume accommodates only 600 tons of soybean meal (bulk density approx. 0.60 t/m3). Always confirm your material bulk density before finalizing silo height and diameter.

A: Yes. A 275 g/m2 hot-dip galvanized coating provides excellent atmospheric corrosion protection for standard outdoor industrial and agricultural applications, delivering a service life of 20+ years. For extreme coastal, marine, or highly corrosive chemical environments, higher galvanized specs or custom protective coatings can be engineered.

A: Moisture accumulation is managed through a combination of thermal ventilation and condition monitoring. We integrate top roof exhaust vents, side-wall aeration blowers, and multi-point digital temperature cables. This allows operators to detect internal hot spots early and run forced air through the grain mass to balance temperatures and prevent moisture migration.
