Belt Conveyor Belt

A belt conveyor is a continuous friction-driven material conveying device. A circular flexible conveyor belt acts as both the load-bearing and traction part. A motor drives a drive drum through a reducer. The friction between the drum and the conveyor belt pulls the belt to move in a cycle. Materials put on the belt move along with it synchronously, realizing long-distance, high-capacity horizontal and slightly inclined conveying. A tensioning device makes sure there's enough wrap angle and friction, that's how we stop slippage from happening.

Conveyor Belt: The core component. Common types are rubber belts and PVC/PU belts. We also offer customizable special belts-like heat-resistant, cold-resistant, anti-static, flame-retardant, and acid/alkali-resistant ones. (Forgot to mention, these special belts can be tailored based on your exact working conditions)
Drive System: Motor + Reducer + Drive Drum
Idler Rollers and Drums: Support the load; redirecting rollers can adjust the belt's moving direction, which is pretty useful for changing conveying paths.
Tensioning Device: Keeps proper tension and prevents the belt from slipping.
Frame: Holds all the components together firmly.
Auxiliary Safety Components: Scraper, belt misalignment switch, speed monitoring device, and braking device. These things are easy to overlook but super important for safe operation.

Long conveying distance (a single unit can reach several kilometers), large conveying capacity (tens of thousands of tons per hour). Also, it has low energy consumption, runs stably with little noise. The structure is simple so maintenance cost is low, components are standardized, and it can achieve automated control too.

Widely used in mines, coal mines, ports, building materials (cement/sand and gravel), grain storage, chemical industry, logistics and express delivery, and food processing. Especially suitable for unloading and long-distance conveying lines of storage silos (steel silos)-it's one of the core equipment for industrial material flow, no doubt about that.
