Project Overview
Location: Vietnam Equipment: 2 sets of assembled galvanized corrugated steel silos, equipped with bucket elevators, steel support frames, hopper bottoms, grain ventilation systems and full sets of auxiliary storage equipment. Application: Storage of grain raw materials, meeting the needs of grain enterprises in Vietnam for grain storage, turnover, moisture-proof and ventilation.
Project Background
The local grain processing enterprise in Vietnam suffered many problems with the original simple warehouse, such as poor moisture resistance, high risk of grain mildew and low loading/unloading efficiency. After comparison among multiple suppliers, the customer adopted our assembled steel silo solution for the new grain storage production line to upgrade the automation level of grain storage.
Product Advantages
Hot-dip galvanized corrugated steel plate. Good anti-corrosion performance, suitable for the hot and rainy climate of Vietnam with long service life. The assembled structure enables fast on-site installation.
Complete supporting system. The silos are matched with bucket elevators, hopper discharge systems and grain ventilation equipment to realize automatic grain in/out. It can control temperature and humidity effectively to avoid grain heating and mildew.
Modular packing for shipment. Silo plates, supports and all equipment are disassembled and packed separately for container sea freight, cutting overseas transportation cost.
Project Execution
Design: We finished the structural drawing of silos and conveying system according to the customer's site condition and storage capacity, adapting to local installation conditions in Vietnam.
Production & Inspection: All components were manufactured and galvanized in factory. Strict inspection before delivery to guarantee complete spare parts.
Export Shipment: All components were packed by category and shipped to Vietnam by sea container.
On-site Installation: We supplied installation drawings and technical guidance. Local construction team finished assembly of 2 silos, bucket elevators and support structures.
Project Result
After installation, the two steel silos can store grains steadily. Automatic grain handling greatly reduces labor cost. The whole storage system runs reliably and solves the grain storage difficulties in rainy seasons. This project is a typical case of our steel silo exported to Southeast Asia, delivering reliable bulk grain storage solutions for grain industry clients in Vietnam.
