Screw-type Automated Material Production Line

①Screwdriver main unit

The auger main unit is made of stainless steel and features observation ports and protective devices to effectively ensure the safe operation of the material production line. Auger main units are available in direct-drive and belt-driven types; direct-drive motors offer high transmission efficiency, simple structure, and easy maintenance. Separate belt-driven main units provide smooth transmission, low noise, and low vibration; they are less prone to motor damage.
