Recently, a large-scale centralized grain storage project equipped with six sets of bolted galvanized steel silos has been successfully installed and put into trial operation in the grain processing base, marking a new upgrade in automated bulk grain receiving, storage and discharging capacity for the enterprise.

Supporting structure: All load-bearing legs, bracing frames and ladder platforms adopt hot-galvanized angle steel and square tubes, with stable mechanical structure and strong wind and load resistance.
Complete Automated Conveying System As shown in the aerial photo, the project is equipped with:
Top overhead closed belt conveyor running through all six silos, realizing automatic grain distribution to each bin
Central vertical bucket elevator for grain lifting, cleaning and circular turnover
Integrated maintenance walkways, safety guardrails, inspection ladders and operation platforms on the top truss, convenient for daily inspection, ventilation detection and equipment maintenance
Independent discharge gate at the bottom of each cone hopper, connected with underground conveying pipelines for automatic outbound transportation.

1. High Standard Food-Grade Storage, Effectively Guarantee Grain Quality
The fully sealed silo structure can be equipped with optional temperature and humidity monitoring, ventilation dehumidification and insect repellent systems, effectively avoid grain mildew, caking, pest infestation and bird and mouse damage during long-term storage, greatly reduce post-harvest grain loss.
2. Highly Automated, Greatly Reduce Labor Cost
