1. Round Conical Bottom Galvanized Steel Silos
Structure & Production Technology
The whole silo is assembled with high zinc layer hot-dip galvanized corrugated steel plates by bolts, no on-site welding required. It is disassembled for container transportation and quickly installed on site, greatly cutting logistics and construction costs. The bottom is designed with a large-angle conical hopper matched with high-strength steel support frame. The structure is stable enough to bear long-term static load of bulk materials.
Core Advantages
Complete gravity self-flow discharging The hopper angle is scientifically designed according to the repose angle of materials. Coffee beans, wheat, corn and other particles can be fully emptied by gravity without residual materials inside the bin, effectively avoiding mildew and pollution, which fully meets hygienic standards for food raw material storage.
Excellent anti-corrosion performance Hot-dip galvanized surface resists oxidation, moisture and rain erosion perfectly. It can be installed both outdoors in open yards and indoors in workshops, with a service life over 15 years.
Modular design with complete supporting system Single unit independent installation or multiple silos connected in rows are both available. It can be equipped with bucket elevators, screw conveyors, cleaning and screening machines to form a full automatic grain storage and processing production line.

2. Square Rectangular Hopper Steel Silos
Structure & Production Technology
Adopted frame-type rectangular steel structure, made of thickened hot-dip galvanized steel plates by bending. Equipped with double 45-degree inclined discharge hoppers at the bottom and painted green steel supporting legs for stable load bearing. The regular rectangular shape maximizes indoor space utilization.
Core Advantages
Space-saving for indoor workshop layout Square outline can be closely arranged against factory walls or combined in groups, occupying less floor area and keeping the production workshop tidy and orderly. It is the preferred buffer storage equipment for limited indoor space.
Split discharging with double hoppers Two independent discharge outlets at the bottom can connect with discharge valves and conveying pipelines separately, realizing split and batch feeding with higher control precision. Perfect for small production lines, dust collection and semi-finished product temporary storage.
Flexible non-standard customization The volume can be customized according to customers' actual workshop size. Small-capacity square silos are easy to disassemble, transport and relocate, highly compatible for small-batch coffee bean storage, spice grading and auxiliary material caching in food workshops.

3. How to Choose Between Two Types
Choose Round Conical Silos: If you need large storage capacity, outdoor installation, mass long-term bulk storage and matching with automatic conveying systems, round steel silos deliver better cost performance for centralized storage of grains and coffee beans.
Choose Square Hopper Silos: Select rectangular square silos for indoor installation, limited workshop space, small-volume temporary storage, dust collection and multi-channel split discharging.
4. Unified Manufacturing Standards
Main material: national standard Q235B carbon steel, wall plates and hopper plates with differentiated thickness based on capacity for mechanical stress compliance.
Surface treatment: hot-dip galvanizing is recommended for food-grade storage; epoxy painting is available as an alternative.
All bolt-connected structure, complete installation drawings and foundation construction drawings provided.
