Flat-Bottomed Steel Silo
Flat-bottomed steel silos get wide use, usually for those with big diameters and large capacities. This kind is not hard to build, and it costs less too. Discharge ways are various-there's fluidized bed discharge, multi-hole discharge, flat-bottomed sweeping machine discharge, manual cleaning, or also gravity discharge that uses a concrete cone bottom. These steel silos are mostly applied in grain processing and storage, like for oils, feed, flour, starch, brewing, ports, and grain depots.
Features: The structure is simple, capacity is large, discharge methods are many, and maintenance is convenient.
Diameters from φ13.7 to φ23.8 meters can be customized, and single-compartment sizes can range from 1000 to 10000 tons.
